Spectrum 10K consultation timeline update

The co-leads on the Spectrum 10K consultation: Hopkins Van Mil, Leneh Buckle and Spectrum 10K have been working hard since the publication of the Phase 2 co-design report to create the detailed documents needed to launch the consultation. We want to make sure these are accessible for all those that wish to respond. To give this the time it needs, we will be launching the consultation in February. Phase 3 consultees will have two and a half months to contribute to this work. 

We will make a further announcement in the next two weeks.
