Hally Ingram

Senior Associate

Hally has worked with Hopkins Van Mil since 2008 on significant deliberative programmes, most recently on the Sciencewise/ NERC public dialogue on solar radiation modification, the Met Office’s UK Public Weather Panel, England’s first Citizens’ Jury on Assisted Dying for the Nuffield Council on Bioethics, and the Food Conversation for the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission — the UK’s largest-ever public dialogue on the food system.

Hally brings extensive experience in dialogue and engagement, supporting people to have a voice on the issues that matter to society. She began her career in environmental mediation and facilitation in the not-for-profit sector, before joining Shell to work in external affairs and issues management. For the past 20 years, Hally has been an independent practitioner and is proud to have supported HVM in delivering a wide variety of projects. Hally’s work focuses on programme management, process design, facilitation, analysis and reporting.

This week, Hally is busy with all things workshops. She is leading on a project for The National Lottery Community Fund in Wales, excited to meet the participants and get stuck into the sessions. She has also been busy planning workshops for the UK Public Weather Panel as part of an ongoing project for the Met Office.
